Yes fear, of failure, wasting time, money, effort.I find -for me its best if i break down my day into components...Jobs/work, home 'stuff', errands, health (working out), mental improvement (reading, being here...),by taking baby steps with consistent effort each day,building on the previous day....Yes take the first step-its always the hardest! I try to start the day with the thing I Least want to do. After that its all downhill. Kick out that leg, take breath and GO!
